On Finsler Space with Special (α, β)-Metric

Abstract
In the present paper we have considered a special (, ) metric 2 / L ( ) ( e ) , where and are constants, is a Riemannian metric and is a one-form, are given by ( ) and ( ) . i j i ij i a x y y b x y We have found the Berwald connection and the condition under which a Finsler space with this metric is a Berwald space. We have evaluated the main scalars of two dimensional Finsler space with the above metric. The equations of geodesic of the Finsler space with this metric have also been found.
