Automatic Traffic Light Control for Emergency Vehicle Using Fuzzy Logic

Abstract
In this paper we presents an application of fuzzy logic traffic control for emergency vehicle using wireless sensors to overcome
problems like congestion, accidents, speed and traffic irregularity. The proposed approach can provide a preferred solution by minimizing the vehicle waiting time especially the emergency vehicles using fuzzy logic control under situations that normally occur during emergency. The effectiveness of this approach is tested by taking two traffic junctions.
