Analytic Behaviour of a Parallel Redundant Complex System Involving Environmental Failure under Head of Line Repair Discipline
Main Article Content
Abstract
Reliability requirements is now more important than ever as electronic products become more reliable and customers become more sophisticated in their needs and demand. In a complex system, if the components are connected in such a way that if one component fails, there is the complete breakdown of the system. In this paper, we discussed the analytical behaviour of a complex system with parallel redundancy under different priority repairs incorporating the concept of reduced efficiency in the class of redundantly connected components under environmental failure. The present mathematical model considers a complex system, composed of two subsystems L1 and L2 where L1 consists of N non-identical components in series and L2 consists of M identical components in parallel redundancy.
