Abstract

The fractional programming problem usually defined by the problems in which one has to maximize a ratio of two functions subject to given conditions, arise in various decision making problems. For example fractional programming problem is used in the field of production planning, traffic planning, network flows and game theory. A numerical example is is worked out to explain the method developed which shows improvement in the computational complexities.
